Get started

A scoping call,
not a sales demo.

Forty-five minutes. You describe the programme and the concern; we tell you whether this fits, what a season would cost, and where we would start. If it is not a fit we will say so on the call.

What to bring

Four things make the call useful.

1
The sport you are worried aboutNot your biggest programme — your most concerning one. That is where a pilot proves something.
2
Last season's time-loss injuriesEven a rough count. It becomes the baseline you measure against, and the CFO's avoided-cost model.
3
Your clinical coverFull-time AT, shared AT, nurse only, or external provider. This determines the escalation path.
4
Your student-records policyConsent language, retention, parental access. We configure to yours rather than asking you to adopt ours.

“The useful version of this call is the one where you tell us what you cannot currently answer. Everything else follows from that.”

How we run scoping

Who should be on it

The athletic director, and your athletic trainer or nurse. Add the CFO or business manager for the second call, once there is a number to discuss. A head of school rarely needs to be on the first one.

If it is not a fit

We will tell you on the call.

Schools with no clinical cover of any kind, no named external provider, and no appetite to change either are not a good fit yet — the escalation has nowhere to go. We would rather say that in week zero than sell you a season of flags nobody can act on.

Book a fit call

Tell us the sport, the concern and your clinical cover. We will come back with whether this fits and what a season would look like.
