Single-leg stability
Can she hold, hop, and land on one leg with control? The asymmetry between left and right tells the whole story.
Balance & alignment
Knee-over-toe, hip drop, trunk control. The alignment patterns that show up under fatigue — not just when she's fresh.

Squat depth, overhead reach, rotation. The movement vocabulary her sport demands, scored against a clinical baseline.

Why it matters
How she decelerates, lands, and changes direction is one of several factors linked to injury risk — and one of the few that training can actually change. It sits alongside training load, strength, and injury history; none of them tells the whole story alone. Move doesn't guess — it measures.
