Bio signal

Bio. What her body is telling the watch.

Heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep duration, recovery trends. The wearable data she already has, turned into something she can actually use.

One of four
The four signal lanes, with Bio enlarged and the other three dimmed.
Biometrics say whether the body is keeping up. A good number here cannot rescue a bad one somewhere else.

What it measures

Heart-rate variability (HRV)

The gold-standard recovery metric. Higher HRV means her nervous system is ready to train; a sudden drop means it isn't — regardless of how she feels.

Resting heart rate

The simplest trend that matters. When resting heart rate creeps up over three days, her body is fighting something — even if she doesn't know it yet.

Sleep duration & quality

Hours in bed, time asleep, restfulness. The objective side of the sleep story, measured by the device on her wrist.

Recovery signal

Heart rate, sleep quality and recovery, read together and reported as their own signal — not folded into a single number.

What you see

Recovery trends over time. When her HRV drops and her resting heart rate rises, the system knows she needs lighter training — before she feels it.

What she does

Nothing extra. If she wears an Apple Watch, Garmin, or Whoop, the data flows in automatically.

Why it matters

Subjective feel is one signal. Objective biology is another. When they agree, confidence is high. When they disagree — she says she feels fine but her HRV says otherwise — that's when the system earns its keep.
